Welcome ! A Moss House emphasizes adaptability and functionality packaged in a meticulously-designed and crafted off-grid structure. Our houses are made for a wide variety of uses: to extend space in an existing home, to serve as a holiday house, office retreat, or even a permanent dwelling for year-round eco-conscious living.
Designed with sustainability in mind, Moss Houses are carbon negative, airtight and cozy. Our houses are built with a Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) structure and super insulating wood fiber – both environmentally-friendly materials. From the production side, we’ve streamlined the design and fabrication process to deliver a high quality, thoughtful small space.

The installation time can vary depending on your specific site conditions, but in most cases, it takes between half a day to two full days.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on final delivery destination and the MOSS model you choose. Prices can range from 3,000 to 10,000 euros, inclusive of crane services and on-site delivery.

While we strive to adhere to passive house principles, MOSS is not officially a certified passive house. However, the construction techniques and materials we use are very much in line with passive house standards, maximizing energy efficiency and sustainability wherever we can
